Introducing – Caroline Daniel

With 15 years in HR, Caroline has built up an impressive CV, boasting roles as HR manager for a national health and fitness company and as HR business partner for a large international publishing company, where she was responsible for 400 employees across two sites. Caroline specialises in employee relations, redundancy and restructuring, as well as disciplinary action and grievance. Caroline ‘gets’ how small businesses operate and will be honest, efficient and on your side to get the job done.

Introducing – Kate Haskins

Kate spent 12 of her 15-year career in HR working for one of Sussex’s premier sport, leisure and entertainment venues, where she helped achieve many accolades for the company, including a Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For Award. Kate’s particular expertise is in employee engagement and equality, especially flexible working and helping women return to work after maternity.  Kate has developed a bespoke product for business owners that guides them through the complex process of maternity leave, and how they can work with their employee to manage the return to work process in the best possible way.

Introducing – Emily Perry

Emily’s HR career, working both in-house and as a consultant, lead her to set up South Coast HR to provide HR advice that owners of SME businesses need. Emily specialises in offering practical, no nonsense advice to business owners on the people aspect of their business.  Emily also loves recruitment, and has recently developed a bespoke recruitment package for small business owners.
